I am pleased to recommend the services of Kensington Business Solutions, which has worked for Magnificent Publications very successfully since this spring. We hired Robin Thieme and KBS on the advice of our tax accountant, who also has used their services.

We turned to KBS because, after 14 years in business, I decided that we needed a higher level of professionalism, especially in the area of cost accounting. KBS has lived up to all our expectations. They streamlined our accounting system, which will save us money by making it easier for a part-time bookkeeper to understand how to keep our books accurately. They also recommended improvements in our bill-paying systems that save time for me as well as office staff.

KBS currently provides multiple levels of bookkeeping and accounting services, from data entry to supervision to advisory services. Costs have turned out to be less than for a full-time bookkeeper, who experience showed was likely to lack the skills we needed. We also found KBS to be more cost-effective than at least one “big name” accounting firm with which we worked briefly.

In short, I am extremely satisfied with their services and would recommend them to other businesses regardless of their needs.
