One core value that differentiates KBS from many other organizations is Robin's emphasis on reducing paper and being both 'lean' and 'green'. We set up systems for clients that not only allow them to grow profitably, but also are environmentally friendly - documents are encouraged to be stored electronically, web based reporting tools are utilized, and we minimize driving/traveling to clients by having the infrastructure to provide virtually every task remotely. Robin does meet with clients face to face and thinks it's important to do so, but not necessarily in respect to the day to day management that is needed.
